I have to agree with minsquare91x. Not all Singaporeans speak that way, but there certainly are some Singaporeans who speak that way for this misunderstanding to occur in the first place. And that is why Singapore has a "Speak Good English" campaign.

On a higher level,I feel that even though the TV Station have claim that it was only meant for entertainment,it's still wrong as the artistes have already done harm by insulting another country's citizens.Seriously,the artistes themselves need to brush up on their own English.
