quasispace ::: Favorites Hello Deb3167,I still think the people of North Troy should sell their water to the city, at a fantastic price. The taxes in the "Burg" are double from the city. Downtown got free sidewalks, while we in the Burg, had to pay out of pocket if we wanted new ones. School taxes are also double we pay for the city and the Burg Welcome to The Troylet, The offical home of "Uncle Sap".... For those of you angry about the video, calm down! Troy is definitely not the worst place to be, I even go there for cheap pizza and bowling sometimes. The sarcasm couldn't be more unimaginative. I suggest the author stop patronizing the Humanities by putting quotation marks around it, and study some real comedy.
