first off, you cant have "more muscle" due to the fact that muscles cant replicate, only get bigger in size, so the fact that u said "bigger muscles" is irrelevant, also flexibility has nothing to do with speed, and if u think that a person with big muscles gets slower i think you should talk to any bodybuilder or football player, look at all the runningbacks, they're jacked. like i said u have no clu wat ur talkin bout

I never said that i'm an expert either! And i didn't say "more muscles" i said "bigger muscles" and from what i know a man with very big muscles get's slower. You don't get more flexible by having big muscles!

also muscle acts as a furnace, burning twice as many calories as fat, they burn clories to maintain the muscle so u burn fat just by sitting there! this is comin from a guy who can eat ANYTHING, nd EVERYTHING without gaining weight, although i do believe a high metabolism also contributes to this. the only way i gain weight is by working out or growing taller.

u should work out, trust me, a lotta girls dont wanna work out cause they think theyre gonna get jacked, not true, their body doesnt have the right chemicals to gain muscle (testosterone) but they have estrogen which helps break down muscle, so if a girl works out she gains a little muscle but also burns clories, with the oxygen muscle consumption rate being higher than running. contrary to poplular belief, working out with light weights helps u lose more weights than running

its easyer to lose fat around your midsection so your abs show more, u dont have to have strong abs to have a six pack, running is very good for abs but also try lying down completely flat and raising your legs EXACTLY 1 inch above the ground, dont keep your head up and stay perfectly aligned with the floor save your feet. i personally find that crunches and situps arent very effective and jus leave u with a strained back

u dont have to do crunches to have abs, having a six pack doesnt neccesarily mean that ur have stronger abs, just that the muscle to fat ratio of your abdomen is very high, thus skinny people who work out are more likely to have a six pack rather than fat people who try crunches and stuff. i was skinny due to a high metabolism and no matter waht i ate couldnt gain weight but then i startd workin out n got mad cut, not jacked YET
