Those who are able to work you provide them with an education, medical care, and decent wage once they find a job. You also should probably aid them in finding a job. stratvic ::: Favorites 3) Ideally it would extend to the whole world, but because the US federal gov't only has jurisdiction over America most of what we do must benefit US citizens. Though foreign aid is good, and we should do more. But you only need jurisdiction to enforce obligation on the losers of your plan.
