| Jenny77777 ::: Favorites 2008-01-26 16:21:20 He was a puppet emperor but was treated like god, this scene emphasizes the contrast between what he was and what he became. It breaks my heart too. I visited the Forbidden City, there's this magical feeling because it was prohibited for so long, but once you enter and see the mass of tourists it loses momentum. I wanted to sit on the emperor chair when the guards are not looking, like in the movie, unfortunately they closed the hall and we were only allowed to take a glimpse through the window. __________________________________________________ | |
