Also, I was told about the holes in the ceiling, it's where the Saloon was at one time and THAT'S why the bullet holes are there. Did you see ROOM 18, which is the room T.J. Wright is said to HAUNT POSSESSIVELY? He was shot after a poker game in which he'd supposedly won the Hotel Deed, someone said CHEAT, the 2 men faced off in the hallway, Wright was mortally wounded and taken back into Rm. 18 where he suffered greatly and died. The room is kept PADLOCKED.

Henri Lambert, who built the St. James Hotel was my Great-Grandfather. He was a chef to Presidents Lincoln and Grant. My Grandfather was one of Henry and Mary Lamberts' sons, Frank, who met my Grandmother when she worked in Cimarron or Tucemcary - which isn't there anymore - cooking for coal miners. She met and married Frank Lambert and my Mother and Uncle Frank both spent most of their childhoods there.
